Our Agency is looking to hire people who are licensed or willing to become licensed to sell insurance products including auto, home, life and/or business insurance as an Agency Producer (AP). AP's are expected to perform the same sales functions as the Agent. AP's deal directly with customers on a professional and advisory level and therefore must be of the highest caliber.

As such, we are seeking individuals who:

*Are driven and able to focus on a goal and then drive to achieve it.
*Are ethical and honest.
*Are entrepreneurial and desire to be paid what they are worth.
*Are articulate and desire independence.
*Are financially responsible.
*Continually strive for excellence.
*Are confident, poised, and persuasive with a genuine care for other people's well being.
*Demonstrate a favorable prior employment history. For example, the AP should be able to show employment stability, and preferably have experience in sales.
*Have lived in the Indianapolis or surrounding area for at least 1 year.
*Have at least a high school education and preferably a college degree.
*Have excellent computer skills.
*Have sufficient liquid assets.
